Many of you might be experiencing some health issues related to STRESS. Our culture pressures us to be the best and rise to the top over the next person. Get the best grades. Get the best position at work. And while excellence is important, it’s also possible to lose our purpose, even sacrifice our health by doing “all the things we have to do” to be the best.
This week we are going to uncover some Essential Oils that you can introduce into your daily life to help with STRESS so you can thrive and not just survive. As you experience these Oils this week, set a reminder to take one minute a day to RESET.
Close your eyes and smile really big for 15 seconds. Rub the Oil of the Day in between your hands, cup your hands over your nose and mouth, and inhale deeply. Close your eyes and just continue to focus on deep breathing. If a thought comes to mind, try to let it pass and focus on breathing. Do this 60 seconds daily to RESET.
