DAY 5: Post #4 – BREATHE AND ENHANCE YOUR DAILY LIFE

At the beginning of the week, we talked about taking 60 seconds each day to BREATHE and reset. You’ll find this is a powerful tool you can use beyond this week to bring more peace and focus to your life.

Another way to calm the mind, relax, stretch, decrease tension, build confidence, and enhance mindfulness is to implement STRETCHING into your daily life. Whether you are flexible or need to use a chair, you can implement stretching and deep breathing with your Essential Oils to bring down your daily stress levels.

We have three blends that you are going to love. These blends can be purchased together as a single kit, the Yoga Collection:

STEADYING BLEND – gets you grounded.

CENTERING BLEND – clears your path.

ENLIGHTENING BLEND – brightens your day.

• Apply STEADYING BLEND on your ankles, base of spine and bottom of feet. Promotes feelings of completeness, calmness, and courage. Encourages a steady foundation from which to move forward.
